I have a problem when I try to insert rows via building blocks into an already existing table in Word 2013. The inserted row/rows do not keep their original length and also the table its inserted into shrinks in size as well. Every time another row is inserted that's part of a building block, this shrinkage continues to occur, all with staggered row sizes, so that the table ends up with a right hand margin looking much like a staircase, and the original column size/formatting is nothing like what it was originally.
How can I make the building block and the existing table keep their original row size. Is there a setting in table properties I can select?
