Help with Macro please

Hi,

Im trying to set up a macro that will allow me to insert multiple photographs into a table in word.  I would need two columns, one for the automatic numbering of each photo which would be in the row beneath the photo and one for the actual photo.  In the row beneath the photograph next to the automatic numbering i would need to be able to type a description which might be 1-3 lines of text.  Can anyone help please, ive been on to Microsoft and spent hours chatting with them but they could not help.
