How can I find the method names of icons actions in the ribbon?

Hi, I would like to call some standard Microsoft Word functions, some of which are items in the Developer ribbon. I've tried recording a macro and pressing F11 to see the VB code generated but no luck. It depends on the action really.

For example, one is the Document Information Panel popup which is regarding templates.

I need the VBA code as we are creating our own ribbon, I would ideally like to add some of the items from the standard Word ribbon to it but that's not possible to add via the normal ribbon customisation route in Word.

Also, we have a custom ribbon that a company designed for us years ago. In the Macro's list, nothing appears for the ribbon and it seems to be an add-in.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
