Open Cross-Reference PoPup

I would like to create a macro that opens the insert > cross-reference popup and changes the 'reference type' and 'insert reference to' and then the macros ends so the user can select the cross-reference they want. Is this possible?

I am working in MS Word 2010 on Windows 7.
