How to add new icons for Ribbon in Word 2010

Hello all, 

I have to create a new Ribbon in MS Office Word 2010.

In order to do that we need to add some icons for that in the window as shown below:

Can you please tell how to add a new icon in this window in order to select select it for my new ribbon tag.
